Bust The Union Busters and Fascists From Amazon to the White House For a General Strike and Labor Party NOW! 12/19/24

The Teamster national unfair labor practice (ULP) strike at Amazon should be supported by all workers. Amazon, which is owned by multi-billionaire Jeff Bezos, has spent tens of millions to fight unionization, has engaged in massive workers comp fraud from injured workers and is now linked with the fascists Musk and Trump to eliminate any labor rights.
 
Amazon, like Starbucks, is refusing to even bargain with the Amazon Workers Union (AWU) and plans to flagrantly violate labor law under the NLRB, which requires that companies bargain with unions.
 
We need to expand and win this strike by uniting all workers with mass picket lines. The UPS Teamsters should be mobilized to join the lines. The fight for parity for Amazon workers with UPS Teamsters is a demand that will bring tens of thousands of UPS workers on the lines. We need to build mass picket lines to close down these warehouses and force Bezos to accept the union.
This also means a fight against rising fascism and the fact that the billionaires run the US government, both Democrats and Republicans.
 
The Trump-Musk government controls Congress and the Supreme Court and they plan to eliminate the NLRB, either by cutting off funding or abolishing it outright.
 
Our unions have relied on the Democratic Party and politicians to win our fights. This is a dead end policy. We cannot fight the fascist government and Trump with the Democrats. The techno-fascist Musk is now playing a major role in the incoming Trump Administration, which is  preparing for martial law and the destruction of all democratic rights. Trump is planning to bring tens of thousands of fascists from Turning Point US to run many government agencies and carry out the fascist program of Project 2025.
 
Both parties also support the continued genocide in Gaza and the West Bank along with trillions more for 800 bases and wars abroad, benefiting the military industrial complex.
 
The coming mass deportation raids will target millions of our fellow workers and their families, who Trump is blaming them for the economic crisis. This targeting of immigrants is the historic propaganda of fascists who scapegoat workers and pit worker against worker. We need defense committees in every union local to defend our brothers and sisters.
 
Trump will also help organize a private fascist militia when he pardons these criminals who supported the 2016 insurrection and coup. 
 
Workers need to prepare now to support a general strike against any attempt to impose martial law and to organize all workers.
The last mass mobilization of workers in this country was in the 1930s and 40s, including the general strikes in Minneapolis and San Francisco in 1934. The last general strike was in 1946 in Oakland.
 
We need a party for working people in this country that has a program to put the working people in charge of our healthcare, energy, transportation and the re-organization of our economy so it benefits the workers and oppressed and not the billionaires. This will never happen under the Democrats since they, like the Republicans, are controlled by the billionaires.
 
In order to do this we need to organize committees for a labor party in every union and to fight the union bureaucracy which is tied to these two parties.
 
Time is short. Those who think Trump 2 will be like Trump 1 must confront the fact that we face a new class war that will raise the issue of working class power.
